Huntingdon Valley Fire Company

Founded in 1911 and chartered in 1912, the Huntingdon Valley Fire Company (HVFC) is a 501c3 nonprofit volunteer organization providing firehvfc logo protection services to residents and businesses in Lower Moreland and to surrounding communities. It is also a tax supported entity and in addition to providing fire protection, it also brings fire prevention programs to  Lower Moreland schools, hosts an annual Fire Prevention Open House and a Memorial Day remembrance, and provides safety support to numerous community events like the LM/BA Mini-Thon Color Run and July 4th fireworks.

HVFC has over 30 active volunteer members and more than 70 other volunteer members now taking a much deserved less active role after as many as 50 years of service to the community!  If you would like more information on volunteering to become a part of this great legacy of service to the community or would like to provide a financial contribution in support of these dedicated volunteers, please contact the Huntingdon Fire Company at 215-947-2454 or [email protected].
