Lower Moreland Township is accepting resumes for a full time Sewer & Stormwater Billing Clerk.
Main Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Handle all aspects of quarterly sewer and stormwater billing , primary point of contact for sewer and stormwater billing related inquiries or complaints
- Maintaining sewer and stormwater billing and collections records and all aspects of the sewer and stormwater certification and lien process
- Act as receptionist, give standardized information to the public and serve as a switchboard operator when needed
- Handle customer billing questions and complaints over the phone, email, and in-person.
- Balance, journal and deposit accounts receivable via cash, checks, and credit card transactions on regular basis for Sewer and Stormwater Revenue.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Education or Equivalent
- Possess valid driver's license
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with a computer in learning new software, troubleshooting, and researching.
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment conditions, including a background check and drug test.
