Applications to be reviewed at the February Board of Commissioners Meeting

The Lower Moreland Township Board of Commissioners will review a preliminary/final plan application located at 2367 Pine Road at their February 13, 2024 meeting. The application, submitted by John Capponi proposes a 2-lot subdivision.
The Lower Moreland Township Board of Commissioners will also review a sketch plan application located at 2895 Pine Road at their February 13, 2024 meeting. The application, submitted by 2895 Pine Road LLC, proposes the conversion of a former food and beverage establishment to an office building.
This meeting will be conducted in-person at the Lower Moreland High School Auditorium located at 555 Red Lion Road at 7PM.
