SD 17-03: 1135 Calvin Road- preliminary/final plan submitted by David Adcock proposing to subdivide one large lot into two compliant lots.
SD 17-02 3530 Buck Road- a sketch plan application was submitted by Huntingdon Valley Real Estate Development, Inc. proposing 7 single family dwelling units.
LD 17-01: 2451 Murray Avenue- a sketch plan application was submitted by the First Baptist Church proposing the removal and construction of a new building.
LD 16-05: 2855 Philmont Avenue- a preliminary plan application was submitted by XXI Century Holdings, Inc. proposing a building addition to the existing building.
ZA 15-04: Philmont Avenue & Tomlinson Road- a zoning text amendment has been submitted by BT Philmont, L.P. The text amendment would create a conditional new use called multimodal development in the Transit Oriented Development Overlay (O-TOD) Zoning District. The Planning Commission reviewed this application on October 27, 2016. The Board of Commissioners will be reviweing the plan at their meeting on Janaury 10, 2017.
SD 16-03: 94 Byberry Road- a sketch plan application was submitted by Pennington Property Group proposing 20 townhomes. The plan will be reviewed at the September 13, 2016 Board of Commissioners meeting.
SD 16-02: 1400 Byberry Road- an application was submitted by Toll Brothers proposing 60 single family dwelling units. The preliminary plan was reviewed on March 23, 2017 at the Planning Commission meeting. The plan will be reviewed at the Board of Commissioners meeting on April 11, 2017.
LD 15-04: Philmont/ Tomlinson Transit Oriented/ Mixed-Use Development (3001 Philmont Avenue) - a sketch plan was submitted by BET Investments proposing 143 apartment units (1&2 bedroom), 17,279 SF of non-residential/retail space and a 23,251 SF parking structure. The plan was reviewed at the September 24, 2015 Planning Commission meeting. The sketch plan was reviewed at the Board of Commissioners meeting on Tuesday, November 10, 2015. LD 15-01: Lower Moreland Township School District- a sketch plan application was submitted to rebuild the bus garage at Lower Moreland High School located at 555 Red Lion Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA. The plan will be on the March 26, 2015 Planning Commission agenda.
SD LD 15-02: County Builders/ Calvin Road- a sketch plan was submitted to the Township on March 3, 2015 by County Builders. The applicant is proposing to develop 47 townhomes at 1200 Calvin Road, 3328 Huntingdon Pike and 3356 Huntingdon Pike. This application will be on the April 23, 2015 Planning Commission agenda.
LD 13-04: 2507 Philmont Avenue/ Water's Edge - a preliminary plan application was submitted to Lower Moreland Township by 2507 Philmont Associates, L.P. on November 25, 2013. The applicant is proposing to develop a 9.9 acre parcel into an 77 unit townhome community.
SD 16-04: 1333 Old Welsh Road- a sketch plan application was submitted by St. John's Church proposing a lot line change. The Board of Commissioners approved a final land development plan at their public meeting on March 14, 2017.
SD 16-01: Pennik/P.E.R.T. Lot Line Change (Byberry and Creek Road)- a final minor subdivision plan was received for a lot line adjustment between two existing lots and to consolidate two lots owned by the Pennypack Ecological Restoration Trust (PERT)/Pennik 2012 Family Trust into one lot. The applicant is proposing no new development and existing uses will not change. The Lower Moreland Township Board of Commissioners approved the final land development plan at their public meeting on May 10, 2016.
SD 15-03: Prime Builders (Pine & Byberry Roads)- a sketch plan application was submitted for the development of two single-family lots. The Lower Moreland Township Board of Commissioners approved the final land development plan at their public meeting on July 7, 2015.
LD 14-01: Artis Senior Living/ Lieberman Drive- a preliminary/final land development plan application was received for a 72 bed memory care assisted living facility.The Board of Commissioners held a public hearing on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 to consider the application of Artis Senior Living for a conditional use to allow for the proposed re-grading of land, placement of earthen fill and stormwater outfall structures within the floodplain conservation district. The Lower Moreland Township Board of Commissioners approved the preliminary/final land development plan at their public meeting on October 7, 2014.
SD 14-02: Lemole & Asplundh/ Tomlinson Road- The township has recieved a final plan application for the proposal of a lot line change and lot consolidation at the property located at 404 Tomlinson Road.
LD 12-07: JERC/Red Lion & Pine Roads - The township received a final plan for 47.8 acres of land on the corner of Pine and Red Lion Roads. The applicant proposes to construct 56 single family detached units in a cluster designed subdivision. The Planning Commission reviewed the final plan at their June meeting. The Board of Commissioners approved the final land development plan at their public meeting on September 9, 2014
LD 12-08: Prime Builders/Pine Road - The Township has received a revised final plan for 1.96 acres of land on the corner of Byberry and Pine Roads. The application includes the existing home located at 3491 Pine Road, which will remain, and the construction of two new homeson the two adjacent Byberry Road parcels. This subdivision had already been approved in the 1970s and the applicant is seeking to address the public improvements needed for the development. Conditional final approval was granted by the Board of Commissioners at their June 11, 2013 meeting.
