For a complete submittal you will need a completed and signed application, building insert, all insurance certificates, 3 sets of sealed construction plans, 3 sealed site plans, any permits from other regulatory agencies and associated fees made payable to Lower Moreland Township.

(Placement of 1000 square feet or less of impervious coverage by the construction of patios, driveways and other forms of impervious coverage or alteration of a site’s stabilized ground cover by a volume less than 5000 square feet)

(any earth disturbance which involves an alteration of 5000 square feet or more of a site’s exiting stabilized ground cover or adds 1000 square feet of impervious surface or which alters drainage patterns, accelerates erosion or interferes with existing Stormwater facilities is considered Regulated earth disturbance and shall require the issuance of a Grading permit)
