06/09/13  Theft from Vehicle

Between 2100 hrs 06/07 and 06/09/13 unknown actor(s) stole a small amount of cash from an unlocked vehicle in the 200 block of Clearview Avenue.

06/09/13  Narcotics Possession

Kenneth Day, age 27 of North Wales was arrested at 0834 hrs in the 2600 block of Philmont Avenue after police were notified of a vehicle crash.

06/09/13  DUI – Alcohol

James Chattin, age 49 of Warminster was arrested at 0105 hrs at Huntingdon Pike and Byberry Road after police observed him driving erratically.

06/06/13  Violation of Soliciting Ordinance

Two suspicious people were observed by police in the 3900 block of Byron Road.  Anthony Demetro, age 52 of Houston, TX and Jake Demetro, age 22 of Houston, TX were soliciting for driveway sealing work and both received non-traffic citations for soliciting without a permit.  Anthony Demetro was also issued a traffic citation for driving without a license.

06/07/13  Theft from Vehicle

Between 06/02 and 06/05 unknown actor(s) entered an unlocked vehicle in the 3900 block of Warfield and stole gift cards and cash.

06/07/13  Theft from Vehicle

Between 2000 hrs 06/06 and 0700 hrs 06/07/ unknown actor(s) stole expensive tools from a van in the 3800 block of Somers.

06/06/13  Narcotics Possession – Marijuana

Barry Woods, age 24 of Philadelphia was issued a non-traffic citation for disorderly conduct at 1418 hrs in the 2900 block of Philmont Avenue after police observed him acting suspiciously.  He was in possession of a small amount of marijuana.

06/05/13  Warrants – Criminal

Zaire Taylor, age 33 of Philadelphia was taken into custody after a car stop at 2128 hrs at Huntingdon Pike and Welsh Road.  He was released to PA State constables and transported back to Delaware County.

06/02/13  Harassment
Timothy Baker, age 35 of Bensalem was issued a citation for Harassment at 0802 hrs as a result of an incident that occurred in the 2700 block of Philmont Avenue.

06/02/132  DUI – Alcohol
Mary Martin, age 31 of Yardley was arrested at 0342 hrs in the 2300 block of Huntingdon Pike after police received a report of a vehicle crash.

06/01/13  Disorderly Conduct
Police discovered two individuals walking in the 900 block of Warfield at 2327 hrs.   Sergey Fayn, age 21 of Philadelphia will be issued a non-traffic citation for Disorderly Conduct and Shawn Maloney, age 19 of Oreland will be issued a non-traffic citation for Underage Drinking.

06/01/13  Narcotics Possession – Marijuana
At 0102 hrs police received a report of suspicious activity on the property of St. Albert the Great Church, 212 Welsh Road.  The following individuals will be issued non-traffic citations for Disorderly Conduct and other related violations:  Evan Harlan, age 19 of Philadelphia,Nicholas Reale, age 20 of Philadelphia and Charles Vann-Black, age 21 of Philadelphia.

05/31/13  Arrest – Theft
Samantha Hawkins, age 25 of Blue Bell was arrested on theft charges.  An investigation determined that Hawkins was responsible for stealing an Apple laptop computer and prescription medication from a car parked in a lot in the 2700 block of Philmont Avenue on 05/08/13.  Hawkins was released on $10,000 unsecured bail pending her next court hearing.

05/31/13  DUI – Narcotics
Heather Quiles, age 37 of Philadelphia was arrested at 1954 hrs at Welsh Road and Huntingdon Pike after police received a report of a vehicle crash.

05/31/13  DUI – Alcohol
Donald Huggins, age 54 of Philadelphia was arrested at 0343 hrs in the 700 block of Welsh Road after police received a report of a 1 car crash into a telephone pole.

05/31/13  Liquor Law Violation
Two students attending the post prom party at Philmont Country Club were found to be in possession of alcohol at the function.  They were suspended immediately with additional penalties and one juvenile will be receiving a non-traffic citation for the liquor law violation.

05/30/13  Burglary – Attempt – Resident – Night
Between 2040 hrs and 2218 hrs unknown actor(s) attempted entry into a home in the 100 block of Sunflower.  A first floor window screen was removed and pry marks were observed in the window area.

05/29/13  Burglary – Attempt – Commercial – Night
At 0202 hrs police received a report of an alarm activation at Kelly Cleaners, 2815 Philmont Avenue.  Upon arrival a pry mark was discovered on a rear door.

05/28/13  Littering Violation
At 1642 hrs a motorist reported that a student threw a binder full of papers out of a school bus striking his vehicle.  A 15 year old male juvenile will be issued a citation for Littering.

05/28/13  Warrant Arrest
Chester Chatereski, age 34 of Philadelphia was detained by police at 1533 hrs on County Line Road near Glendale when a records check revealed that a warrant had been issued by
Philadelphia Police for possession of cocaine.

05/28/13  Burglary – Force – Residence – Day
Between 0710 hrs and 1459 hrs unknown actor(s) forced a front door at a residence in the 100 block of County Line Road.  Items reported stolen include jewelry, one i-phone and 2 laptops.

05/27/13  Vandalism – Vehicle
A report was received at 2011 hrs. that a vehicle was vandalized in the 3900 block of Buxmont Avenue.  It is unknown when this occurred.

05/27/13  Violation of Soliciting Ordinance
John Merkley, age 37 of Glenside was issued a non-traffic citation for soliciting without a permit in the 800 block of Furrow Lane.

Residents – you may add your address to a registry list to indicate that you do not wish to have solicitors approaching your house.  A link has been provided on the township website for you to record this information.  You may also purchase a “No Soliciting” static cling decal for your front door or window for $1.00 at the front desk of the police department.

Lindsay Kloc, age 23 of Bryn Athyn was arrested at 2319 hrs. on Red Lion Road near Pine Road after police were dispatched to a report of a vehicle crash at that location.

Igor Makhnovetskiy, age 56 of Philadelphia was arrested at 2326 hrs on Huntingdon Pike near Chestnut Street after police observed him driving erratically.

Kristin Sloma, age 29 of Huntingdon Valley was arrested at 0149 hrs at Pine Road and Gulph Road after police observed her speeding and driving erratically.  Additional charges will include Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct.  A small amount of marijuana was also found in her purse.

05/23/13  Vandalism to Auto
At 1812 hrs police took a report of vandalism to a vehicle that was parked in a lot in the 500 block of Welsh Road.

05/21/13  DUI – Alcohol/Drugs
Adam Daulerio, age 19 of Philadelphia was arrested at Philmont Avenue and Huntingdon Pike after he was observed by police driving recklessly.  Additional charges will include possession of marijuana and counterfeit identification.  The following two individuals will be issued non-traffic citations for Underage Drinking/Possession of Alcohol:  Alyssa Romsdahl, age 19 of Philadelphia and Dean Grande, age 19 of Philadelphia.

Christine O’Malley, age 36 of Trevose was arrested at 0316 hrs at Byberry Road and Heather Road after police responded to a crash at that location.

Rosemarie Hall, age 57 of Warminster was arrested at 1735 hrs on Byberry Road near Orchard Road after police were notified of a hit and run that occurred in Upper Moreland Township.

Police took a report of a burglary in the 3000 block of Pine Road where a front door was discovered to have been kicked in.  It is unknown at this time what was taken.

05/16/13  Burglary – Commercial – Force – Night
At 0021 hrs police responded to a report of a security alarm at the Dunkin’ Donuts, 618 Welsh Road and discovered that the rear door had been pried.  The owner was contacted and reported that cash had been taken from the registers.

Santosh Patel, age 28 of Philadelphia was arrested at 0109 hrs at Byberry Road and Brae Bourn Road after police observed him driving erratically.

George Sigl, age 38 of Huntingdon Valley was arrested at 2200 hrs at Welsh and Pine Roads after police observed him speeding and driving recklessly.

Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 100 block of County Line Road where unknown actor(s) kicked in the front door.  The resident reports that cash and jewelry were stolen.

George Majoros, age 59 of Chalfont was arrested at 2348 hrs at Huntingdon Pike and Red Lion Road after police received a report of a crash at that location.

Rubi Collantes, age 53 of Philadelphia was arrested at 1424 hrs at Lower Welsh Road and Huntingdon Pike after police received a report from County Radio of a reckless driver.

Madalyn Nitzky, age 20 of Huntingdon Valley was arrested at 0134 hrs after police were dispatched to a report of a disabled vehicle on the Red Lion Road railroad tracks.

05/11/13  Theft
Police took a theft report in the 1000 block of Corn Crib after a resident reported that 2 packages that were left on the front porch had been taken between the hours of 0920 and 1600.

Police took a report of a computer theft from a building in the 2700 block of Philmont Avenue.

05/11/13  Burglary – No force – Residence
Unknown actor(s) entered a residence in the 3700 block of Marquis Lane through an unsecured 1st floor rear window and stole jewelry on May 10 between 0930-1730 hrs.

Daniela Kolodesh, age 19 of Churchville and Magdalena Rieders, age 20 of Rushland were both issued non-traffic citations for Disorderly Conduct after being observed by police acting suspiciously at Huntingdon Pike and Lower Welsh Road.

Shawn Johannessen, age 38 of Abington was arrested at 0858 hrs at Huntingdon Pike and Chestnut Street after police observed him urinating in a public parking lot.

Kenneth Lankford, age 43 of Huntingdon Valley was issued a non-traffic citation at 2247 hrs at Huntingdon Pike and Byberry Road.

05/05/13  DUI – Alcohol/Drug
Jeffrey Queen, age 49 of Philadelphia was arrested at 1008 hrs after police received a report of a reckless driver traveling north on Huntingdon Pike.

05/04/13  Unsworn Falsification to Law Enforcement Authorities
Robert Kosmowsky, age 27 of Feasterville was issued 2 traffic citations and one non-traffic citation for Disorderly Conduct at 1704 hrs as a result of a car stop at Republic Road and Heaton Road.

05/03/13 DUI – Alcohol

Nelson Marrero, age 47 of Lafayette Hill was arrested at Welsh and Lieberman Roads at 2046 hrs after police observed him driving erratically.

05/01/13 Narcotics Possession

Jacqueline Fitzpatrick, age 20 of Doylestown was arrested at 0801 hrs at Philmont Avenue and Pine Road after police received a report of a motorist driving recklessly. Taken into evidence were suspected heroin packets, crack, a syringe and other drug paraphernalia. The vehicle was towed and a search warrant will be requested.

04/30/13  Attempted Burglary – Residence
At 1203 hrs police were notified by a resident in the 100 block of County Line Road that she observed the following individual attempting to enter her home at a door on the side porch.  He is described as a white male, red hair, scruffy beard, late 20’s to early 30’s, 5’9” to 5”10”, average build, gray sweater, dark pants and carrying a back pack.  Police checked the surrounding area for the individual and Bucks County Radio was given the suspect’s description.  A perimeter was set up and a Jenkintown K-9 Officer responded to the scene.  The dog tracked west on County Line Road and south in a driveway in the 200 block of County Line Road.  The track continued to the rear area of the 3900 block of Pine Rd and the 200 block of Clearview Avenue.  No attempts were found at any other residence. 

A resident on Glendale Avenue reported he observed a male with red hair and a back pack riding around on a black trick bicycle. 

Another resident on Brookdale stated at approximately 1030 hrs she observed a dark colored Nissan Altima parked in front of her home.  The white male was wearing a tan/green hat, shirt and vest.  He exited the Nissan and walked around the corner east on County Line Road.  The same male came back five minutes later and left in the Nissan west on County Line Road.  It is unknown if this information is connected to the original report.

Denise Sautter, age 57 of Philadelphia was issued 3 non-traffic citations relating to an incident in the 2200 block of Packard Avenue.  Two of the citations are for Harassment, and one citation is for Defiant Trespass.

04/29/13  Narcotics Possession
At 2256 hrs 4 individuals were issued non-traffic citations for narcotics possession at Creek Road near Terwood Road.  Christian Schill, age 19 of Oreland, Curt Hoff, age 19 of Abington, Stephano Saldutti, age 18 of Philadelphia and a juvenile from Oreland.

04/29/13  Drug Arrest and Probation Violation.
Michael Burns, age 37 of Huntingdon Valley was stopped by police at Byberry Road near Paper Mill Road at 0048 hrs.  He was in possession of narcotics and a records check indicated he was wanted by Montgomery County for a probation violation.  He was taken into custody and released to Montgomery County Sheriffs.  Drug charges are pending.

04/27/13  Liquor Law Violation

At 002 hrs 3 male juveniles were discovered walking in the vicinity of Welsh Road and Walton Road.  All three were issued non-traffic citations for Purchase, Consumption, Possession of Alcoholic Beverages.

04/26/13  Burglary – Forced – Commercial – Night time
At 0803 hrs police were advised of a burglary at the All Ways Café, 634 Welsh Road which occurred in the overnight hours.  Cash was stolen and a rear steel door was found with pry marks.

04/25/13  Theft
At 1944 hrs police responded to the 2100 block of Paper Mill Road to take a report of a theft of two propane tanks from outside the residence.

04/21/13  DUI – Alcohol
Donna Blichasz, age 26 of Philadelphia was arrested at 0434 hrs at Huntingdon Pike and Welsh Road after police observed her driving erratically.

Yaroslav Malashchak, age 29 of Huntingdon Valley was discovered walking in the vicinity of County Line Road and Buxmont at 0326 hrs.  He was issued a PA Vehicle Code citation for Pedestrian Under the Influence of Alcohol or Controlled Substance.

Deborah Zobel, age 52 of Sellersville was arrested at 0050 hrs in the 1800 block of Byberry Road after police observed her driving erratically.

04/20/13  Narcotics Possession – Marijuana
Myong Hwan Pak, age 51 of Philadelphia was arrested at 0150 hrs at Pine Road and Philmont Avenue after he was observed driving erratically by police.

 

04/17/13  Pedestrian Under Influence
Nicholas Catrambane, age 21 of Philadelphia was issued a motor vehicle citation at 0359 hrs for 
Pedestrian Under the Influence of Alcohol or Controlled Substance after police observed him and a female in the 3000 block of Philmont Avenue.

04/16/13  Assist PA State Police
Lower Moreland Police assisted the PA State Police in recovering a vehicle that was stolen in Florida at Feretti Auto Sales, 3001 Philmont Avenue.

04/15/13  Disorderly Conduct
At 1540 hrs police observed 5 suspicious people on the property of 22 Tomlinson Road.  Two pellet guns and ammunition were discovered in a wooded area and Alfred Sushkov, age 21 of Philadelphia stated that he had been drinking earlier and did in fact shoot the pellet gun.  With him was a female juvenile from Huntingdon Valley, Richard Bondarenko, age 19 of Philadelphia, Igor Narozhnay, age 19 of Philadelphia and Janes Vladimir Sushkov,age 18 of Philadelphia.  All were verbally warned for Trespassing and Disorderly Conduct.

Alan Beletz, age 50 of Plymouth Meeting was issued a non-traffic citation for urinating in public in the parking lot of the Methodist Church, 3470 Huntingdon Pike.

04/14/13  Attempted Burglary
Police were advised of an attempted burglary on Cordus Lane.  A resident found a basement
window screen cut and the window partially open.  It was last known to be secure on March 31, 2013.

Tatiana Kremlev, age 53 of Huntingdon Valley was arrested at 1203 hrs as a result of a vehicle crash at Red Lion Road and Pine Road.

Between 2200 hrs on 04/11 and 0800 hrs on 04/12 an unknown actor stole coins from a vehicle on Post Road.

 04/12/13  DUI – Alcohol
Walter Fox, age 52 of Southampton was arrested at 1317 hrs on Byberry Road near Pine Road
as a result of a vehicle crash.

 04/11/13  Narcotics Possession
Aaron Weiner, age 31 of Southampton was arrested at 1522 hrs when police received a report of an individual falling down and dropping items out of his pockets at Huntingdon Pike and Philmont Avenue.  Syringes and heroin were found on his person.  He was also wanted on an active warrant out of Bucks County.

Frank Machado, age 38 of Sellersville, owner of Form Tech Construction, 2791 Philmont Avenue was served for failure to respond to citations issued by Lower Moreland Township for zoning violations.

 04/08/13  DUI – Alcohol
Pavel Belous, age 28 of Philadelphia was arrested in the 2700 block of Buttercup Road.  Police had received a report of a suspicious vehicle being operated by a white male in the area.  He was observed knocking on doors.  It was later learned that he is on probation in Philadelphia for burglary.

04/07/13  Theft from Vehicle
At 1352 hrs police took a report of a purse being stolen from a vehicle while the owner was visiting a grave at Forest Hills Cemetery.

04/06/13  DUI – Alcohol
Yalitza Rodriguez, age 37 of Camden, NJ was arrested at 0242 hrs for DUI.  Police observed her walking unsteadily around her car in a parking lot at Huntingdon Pike and Philmont Avenue.

04/05/13  DUI – Alcohol
Dimitry Gaponenko, age 18 of Philadelphia was arrested at 2357 hrs at the Philmont Railroad Station for DUI after police observed a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot occupied by 5 individuals.  Emad Senyuk, age 19 of Warminster and Roman Senyuk, age 19 of Philadelphia will be issued non-traffic citations for Underage Drinking.

04/02/13  Narcotics Possession - Marijuana
Police received a report that 2 males were smoking marijuana at Ridgway Park on Manor Road.  Maksim Ilyaguyen, age 24 of Philadelphia and Vadim Pron, age 24 of State College will both be issued non-traffic citations for Disorderly Conduct.
